Patisserie and Small Cakes


 

Tarts, gateaux, profiteroles, French macarons and florentines make a tasty finale to the end of a meal. If you have neither the time nor the inclination to make them yourself, let me make them for you.

 

Tarts: chocolate, salt caramel, lemon, orange, frangepane, seasonal fruits with creme patissiere

Gateaux: opera cake, tiramisu cake, cheesecakes, sponge cakes topped with seasonal berries

Small cakes: macarons, cocktail cupcakes, dainty cakes, mini tarts, profiteroles, florentines

Flavours and fillings vary according to season and your personal preferences.

 

Tarts and gateaux are best eaten on the day they are made so are only available within Edinburgh, to be collected or delivered on the day required.
